Sterling Silver Shell-Shaped Dish By Tiffany & Co. -282g

Sterling silver shell-shaped dish on pedestal feet by Tiffany & Co., as evidenced by the maker's mark on the platter's underside. Along the top, there is an ornate design with leaves, wines, and grape clusters flanking a central face of what appears to be a goddess or important figure. The pedestal feet are made to resemble coral, staying true to the oceanic theme of the shell-shaped dish. Approximately 8" in length and 2" in height. It has some light tarnish on its surface consistent with age and usage.
