note: items shown in pictures other than the sofa are not included in the auction (especially Monty...he is non allergenic, no dander). IMPORTANT TO NOTE: this is a vintage piece. it can be used as is though some of the "guts" should be replaced and it has some sun fading as seen in pic 5. I would consider it a re-upholstery project for max value. Three semi-circular throw pillows are no longer available. BRING ASSISTANCE TO MOVE THIS PIECE. We will have a mover on site to assist for TIPS.
