European Porcelain Planter/Vase With Figurines

Antique European porcelain planter/vase from the 1900s. The figurines around the planter/vase depict two child-like characters dressed in clown costumes, one in blue and the other in pink. One clown is carrying a bass drum on their back while playing a stringed instrument (possibly a lute or mandolin), while the other shakes percussive instruments like the maraca and cymbals. This piece is intriguing for collectors. Unfortunately, it appears as though one of the cymbals is missing or has broken off the set.
