Antique silver-plated grape shears in a "fox and grapes" pattern which refers to an Aesop fable about a fox who cannot reach grapes on the vine. Victorian style from the 19th century, made in England, likely by Gorham.
Vintage pair of silver tongs or salad servers with shell-shaped spoon bowls from the 20th century. Marked with maker's mark emblem: "20AL, R&C, 800" for Ricci & C. of Alessandria, Italy.
Sterling silver grape shears with ornate flat handles. Marked with the emblems of Sheffield, England silversmiths Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall (Martin & Hall).
