Bench Press Set With Weight Plates By Gold's Gym

Gold’s Gym-branded black bench press set and weight plates. The adjustable height bench allows for seamless transitions between flat bench presses and other seated exercises. On the overhead barbell, there are large 25-pound and 10-pound weight plates. Smaller 2.5-pound weights can be added to the bench press barbell, or secured onto dumbbells for targeted hand-weight exercises. The bench press set also includes detachable parts, such as bar rests specifically designed for bench presses.
