This framed artwork showcases "El Colibrí y la Flor" (The Hummingbird and the Flower), inspired by the renowned Nazca Lines of Peru. These ancient geoglyphs, etched into the desert plains, are celebrated for their scale, precision, and mysterious origins, believed to date back to between 500 BCE and 500 CE. The hummingbird, one of the most iconic figures among the Nazca Lines, is often interpreted as a symbol of transcendence and communication with the divine.

The certificate on the back traces the historical discovery of these lines, first noted by Peruvian archaeologist Toribio Mejía Xesspe in 1927 and later studied by Dr. Paul Kosok, who proposed their astronomical significance. Dr. Maria Reiche's extensive research further suggested that the lines might have served as an agricultural calendar.

The artwork, produced by Taller Av. Zarumilla No 527 in Nazca, Peru, is marked by an official stamp and signature, enhancing its authenticity.
