Very disappointed. Selling unchecked items that were listed in an original box and in a reality inside was item that went straight in a garbage that is how old, overused and dirty it was. I was assured that in a few business days my money would be refunded to the original payment method. Unfortunately 20 days passed with no money back and no returning my phone calls.

Nice and friendly young staff on pickup. Unfortunately, the item was not as described. Listed as a "brass lamp" with no damage, but with poorly lit photos, so had to trust the description. Was given a lamp with a rusted zinc base and pole, nickel plated (i.e. silver in color) parts, with the only brass-plated part being the top swing. Also, major cracks and losses to the plastic in the shade AND the base (on reverse) that had not been noted. Took it straight to the trash. Such a waste of time. I understand it may be difficult to describe everything well and wish there had been at least better photos provided.

Seller was easy to work with and prompt. Shipping was quick also.
