Once a bidder got into the facility, there was no one there to great you and tell you where to go. There were two elevators, more than one floor, and many doors that looked the same. A posted sign would've been helpful.

The bracelet description did not mention missing a clasp. I should have studied pictures closer.

Bad experience in New York. The listing did not specify that a large item was on the third floor. This should have been specified. The other large item was in the basement and was nearly impossible to get out. A door had to be removed after we struggled for a long time AND had to move a huge pile of stuff around the basement to get it out.

The seller kept referencing how little I paid for one of my items like my struggle didn't matter because I did not pay a ton. Once I got everything out of the house, one of the sellers offered to call a friend who lived very close and said she was willing to call "since I got everything out of the house." I really could have used help sooner.

The seller claims they texted that morning that no moving help was available but I did not get a text. They asked if it was because I was flying!?!?
And since they thought they sent a text, they showed little concern for my situation.


The seller instructions were inaccurate. It said labor may not be available, it also said to tip the labor and that representatives would wear red.

While this is hopefully a unique situation, trickier item locations should be specified Iin the future.
