Unfortunately, a more and more unpleasant experience doing business with TDTD. Phone conversations with inconsistent information. One person gives approval for something and no one else is informed creating chaos in the pick up store. The experience of retrieving won items is unprofessional at best. The person who runs this portion is something else. She is constantly complaining about her job, snaps at buyers, stares people down with over the top intensity while spouting off. It almost seems funny to read or imagine, but there is nothing funny about it.. If you are in the store when she goes out back to retrieve something, those of us out in the front part of the store are left scratching our heads about the behavior and saying "WTH". Someone should let her know her reputation precedes her and is mentioned by colleagues and buyers. My investments are going elsewhere where the experience of doing business is mutually beneficial and courteous.

I was very disappointed that some of the items in 2 of the bids I won were missing. Unfortunately those two items were what made me bid on the lot in the first place. Although they did issue a partial refund, it was not what was discussed at pick up. I did send 2 emails regarding this and no one replied. Had the orders been put together better there would not have been items missing.
