I was very disappointed that some of the items in 2 of the bids I won were missing. Unfortunately those two items were what made me bid on the lot in the first place. Although they did issue a partial refund, it was not what was discussed at pick up. I did send 2 emails regarding this and no one replied. Had the orders been put together better there would not have been items missing.

Great experience purchasing beautiful furniture. Pickup was seamless! End of auction clock kept re-setting prob to allow for more bids, but frustrating for the bidder.

This is one of the best auctions houses on this site. Mona is awesome! The shipping process was painless, well packed and very reasonably priced. I always look for their auctions because they have great stuff and their shipping process is great.

Parking was insane. Organization was not there. Listing and actual bid win were not the same product. Not the 1st time this has happened. Was hoping this bidwin would be better than last time. Unfortunately it was not.
