This listing was incredibly misleading and I would not recommend purchasing from TLC Estate Sales.

This plant stand was listed as "swivel", which was perfect for what I needed. I drove an HOUR only to realize at pick up that "swivel" actually meant that the entire top wasn't attached. It was free spinning on a singular screw and I was warned at pick up (for the first time) to be careful because the top came off.

When I got it home I realized the base was incredibly wobbly. When taken apart to examine, we realized that it's not a plant stand at all. It's 2 rickety stool tops "attached" to either ends of a wooden piece of column. By attached I mean that this was held together by hopes, dreams, and scraps of other furniture pieces.

The listing didn't disclose any details regarding any kind of damages. I would not have purchased this item and drove an hour to pickup had I known it needed to be completely refurbished.

I am very sorry that the stand was not what I thought it to be. As I sell pre-owned items I am not always aware of what they may or may not be. I did honestly believe this to me a swivel stand as it was used to display a very large heavy bust for numerous years. I was unaware that it was a homemade stand but it was not rickety it was pretty heavy and sturdy. I am very happy to give you a full refund. I do not intentionally mislead any of my buyers. Had you message me regarding your dissatisfaction I would have gave you a refund.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

LIMITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXACT SHIPPING COST PLUS $3-$5 HANDLING FEE. ALL ITEMS ARES SHIPPED THROUGH USPS. ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE MADE 7-10 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION.

PICKUP INFORMATION:

WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS

Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up times. If you are unable to pick up on the scheduled day please contact me as I may be able to accommodate an alternate pickup day. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned without refund.

Items will be boxed or bagged with limited packing material. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.

• Winning bidders must bring appropriate help for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
• We are not responsible for disassembling large furniture items. Please be sure to bring the proper tools needed. • Packing, moving & transporting of your items will NOT be provided upon pickup.
• Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited without refund.

Bidders are encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.
