Pickup: House is on a dirt road. Long driveway but can accommodate up to 4 additional cars at a time. Leave plastic totes and bring your own boxes, bags and packing materials for fragile items.

Shipping: Most items available for shipping, please see descriptions. Shipping costs $10 per box for handling IN ADDITION to shipping costs. Shipping will not begin being processed until the Monday after pickup and you will receive a second invoice after your items are packed. If you do not pay shipping costs, items will be considered abandoned after 14 days.
