Timeless Toy Box
Customer never paid for shipping. Card declined both after initial auction and after shipping quote was provided. Customer didn't pay attention to initial "no shipping" notice, I provided a quote with and without anyway. I sent an invoice, told customer to rectify situation or it would be relisted. No response. I sent this customer at least 7 different messages trying to work this out over 3 weeks. Total of both items won by this bidder was $4.

My item had been left in the rain all night. Told once it's dry it will go back into place. Won't be bidding on any of there future auctions. Lost my confidence in the care they take for items.
Update: seller contacted me and explained the failure to explain this item was outside all along and was moved by the homeowners landscapers. In future I will make sure I ask a lot of questions if there are no notes or a short note.

Have communicated with this customer. Unfortunately as an auction manager we did not have full control over how a client or their landscapers handled an item. Points we will consider for the future.
