BIDDING INFO:
We want you to be pleased with all items you purchase through this auction, so we sincerely try to be very candid and describe all items as accurately as possible. And because all items in the auction are sold on as "As Is" basis, everyone is happier when there are no surprises! We also show as many photos as is practical to give you a good idea of what you're bidding on. (Please make sure you pay attention to the measurements in the description of items, as it is often surprising how much bigger or smaller something is than expected.)

We do extensive research to be accurate in descriptions, but sometimes, when we try to describe an item, we can't read a signature or we may be advised incorrectly as to the "type of stone" or the "type of metal" we are referring to. We may not always have the accurate descriptions, so please don't hesitate to question anything you see listed in our auction, and notify us before the auction if we are making any mistakes in descriptions. We genuinely appreciate that. Also, please email us if you have any specific questions about an item and we will try to give you the best answer we can. As auction bidders, ourselves . . . we really want to do this the right way!

PICK-UP INFO:
You will receive an email about the exact address for item pick-up once the auction is completed. For now, we can tell you that the pick-up will be in Golden on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1--from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. If you live in Colorado and you are unable to pick up your items then, please make an effort to have someone else pick them up for you--and text us that you are doing that. The other option is to have the items shipped to you, even though you might be local. You would, however, have to pay the shipping fee that is listed for a particular item.
We appreciate as much communication as is necessary.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF COLORADO, we will assume you want your items shipped--unless we hear otherwise--and will automatically ship them and charge the shipping fee to your card on file. If we are shipping to you, please make sure the address on file is the address we should be shipping to. (We make an effort to get shipped items in the mail within a few days of the auction.)

A REMINDER: If you are tax-exempt, please make sure that information is on file with AuctionNinja before the auction, because we are unable to process that information at pick-up or after the auction.

The items that you pick up will already be consolidated, wrapped and sometimes boxed before you arrive, in order to make the process most efficient and safe for the items. We will have a list of your items for you to review and sign-off before you leave. Once you leave the pick-up with your items, we cannot be responsible for any items you later claim are missing. Also, if you have concerns or questions about any item when you see it, please raise those concerns or questions immediately, while you are still at the pick-up location. (Again . . . we try to describe items as accurately as possible, so there should be few--if any--issues at pick-up.)

Worth repeating . . . we take this process and this auction seriously and want to be very conscientious with all aspects of it. So please communicate with us for any reason necessary. Email is best. (theeclecticcollective327@gmail.com). That's a hard one to type, so type slowly. :-)

SHIPPING INFO:
We are happy to ship most of the items in the auction, and have identified those that do and don't have shipping available--and the FLAT FIXED cost--in the individual item descriptions. We, of course, don't look at shipping as a profitable effort, so we keep shipping costs to a reasonable minimum, and ship through the US Post Office--which is most economical.
IF MULTIPLE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TO ONE ADDRESS, WE WILL COMBINE THEM AND NOT CHARGE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM. Combined shipping will be treated as one item for shipment, and will be charged accordingly.
Shipping costs will be charged to the card on file with AuctionNinja when the items are shipped.

Note that there is no way to indicate you want shipping when you are on the AuctionNinja site during the bidding process. Again, IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF COLORADO, we will assume you want your items shipped--unless we hear otherwise. (You will receive tracking information when the item is shipped.) Please be sure you don't bid on items that do not have shipping available.

IF YOU LIVE IN COLORADO, you must let us know if you are NOT going to pick up your items and if you prefer to have them shipped. We won't automatically ship items that are not picked up, and will consider those items "forfeited"---unless we get some direction from you. Again . . . EMAIL is the best form of contact, but you can text our number if that is easier for you. Please be assured that we are very reasonable and flexible if you communicate with us.)
