WORK TEAM ESTATE SALES offers a variety of services to assure your goals are met with compassion, efficiency, integrity, and professionalism. We begin by offering a free, on-site consultation with no obligation. Our TEAM wants to assure the best options for you and your sale by providing outstanding customer service during any and all of our Estate Sales - whether your sale is at Your Location or Offsite, an Online Auction, or an Individual Item Sale. We utilize years of experience to research, advise, and conduct your Estate Sale, assuring the best options for both our clients and our customers.
Once a contract is signed our TEAM goes to WORK! We ask that you remove any items you want to keep but leave the rest to us. We will organize, arrange, display and photograph all items to be sold. If, during the process, we encounter items that appear to be especially sentimental in value, or we encounter especially valuable items you have not brought to our attention, we will consult with you.
We utilize a wide variety of advertising methods to bring the largest exposure of your sale to interested buyers. We will conduct the sale in a professional and efficient manner. To assist with the sale, we will have a TEAM of honest, experienced, reliable individuals.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS Be informed that Work Team Estate Sales reserves the right to modify and amend the Agreement at any time in Work Team Estate Sales's sole discretion by posting the modified and amended terms on the Site. Except as otherwise and specifically stated, all modified and amended terms will be immediately effective upon their posting on the Site.
USE OF SITE: Use of the Site's services and features are strictly limited to those who are at least 18 years old in age and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Further, services and features of the Site are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Site members. If You do not meet these requirements, do not use the Site's services and features. You may use the Site only in accordance with and subject to these Terms of Use. Once you complete and submit your registration You have opted-in to receive email communication from us and in order to remain a member of this Site, you must agree to receive email from us. As a member, you are agreeing to provide us with the upmost honest, current and accurate information about yourself, as requested by the sites required registration forms. Also, as a member, you must agree and acknowledge that you will maintain a valid credit card information within your membership profile until you may no longer have an account with us.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY The Site is available to members who are 18 years and older and who have not been suspended or removed by WORK TEAM ESTAE SALES for any reason. By becoming a member, you represent that you are of legal age. As a member, you agree to provide true accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration forms. In addition, as a member, you agree and acknowledge that you will maintain valid credit card information within your membership profile so long as you maintain an account with WORK TEAM ESTATE SALES.
Note: once you register, you will see a $1 validation to the card. It is not a charge, but only a validation to verify that the card is active, real/legitimate. The validation should drop from your account after several days, depending on your credit card.
BUYERS CONTRACT Bids placed on Work Team Estate Sales website are an irrevocable contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to Work Team Estate Sales. Bids cannot be deleted or lowered. You are responsible for paying all amounts due to Work Team Estate Sales within one business day of the close of the sale. Do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction, sale or event.
Email, or any other, notifications sent by Work Team Estate Sales are a courtesy to the User/Buyer. Work Team Estate Sales shall not be held responsible for any emails that are not received by the intended recipient. It is the User/Buyer 's responsibility to ensure that their email system is functioning properly and that all necessary precautions are taken to receive communications from Work Team Estate Sales. Furthermore, the absence of the User/Buyer’s receipt of email notification does not relieve the User/Buyer of their responsibilities. When User/Buyer places a bid(s) on an item(s), User/Buyer assumes full responsibility and accountability for checking the status of that bid on their User/Buyer dashboard. Items Not Picked Up on the Scheduled Dates will be Consider as Forfeit. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND TOOLS TO MOVE AND LOAD ANY LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS.BRING HELP!!
DESCRIPTION Item descriptions are qualified opinions. While efforts are made to accurately list damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of such descriptions or conditions should not be construed as indicating that the lot is in perfect condition. Absence of written description or details of flaws, damage, repairs, etc. does not imply that the item is in perfect condition. Many items sold by Work Team Estate Sales are antique, vintage, or used, and unless explicitly stated otherwise, they should not be considered 'new.'
Photographs serve as integral components of the item's description and condition and are part of the description and condition report.
All items are sold as-is, where-is. Work Team Estate Sales does its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Work Team Estate Sales does not guarantee any item to be in perfect or working condition. User should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
At its sole discretion, Work Team Estate Sales may offer preview inspections for the sole purpose of allowing the opportunity for personal inspection before placing bids but is not required to do so.
Work Team Estate Sales shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. *Please review the photos and feel free to ask questions prior to purchasing.
Absence of previews and/or condition reports does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. It is the sole responsibility of User to make condition inquiries prior to bidding as part of their due diligence.
ESTIMATED WEIGHTS AND MEASUREMENTS Metal weight given for jewelry includes stones unless stated otherwise. Any Weights and measurements are strickly an estimate and may not be exact.
PAYMENT A valid credit card is required to be on file for all registered bidders.
Work Team Estate Sales uses an auto-debit system provided by AuctionNinja.com for online auction payments. A valid and current credit card is required to be “on file” for all registered Users to place a bid. By providing your credit card information to Work Team Estate Sales, You authorize Work Team Estate Sales to charge your credit card for all auction invoices, including buyers premium, any applicable shipping/transportation fees and applicable taxes.
As a courtesy, Work Team Estate Sales will extend a grace period until 10 a.m. Central Time on the day following the close of the sale to successfully complete payment should a charge be declined by the user's bank due to a zip code mismatch, expired card, or other reason.
As a courtesy, Work Team Estate Sales may attempt to reach you via telephone, email or SMS/text to alert you if you have an outstanding invoice. However if User placed a bid(s) on an item(s) in auction, it is User's sole responsibility to check the status of their account and/or any invoices (through User's online dashboard).
All User invoices, bid history, and account information may be found on their User dashboard by logging in to the User's account.
BUYER PREMIUM A buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the hammer price of all auctions.
SALES TAX No sales tax is charged by Work Team Estate Sales
SHIPPING AND PICKUP All winning buyers will be provided with the specific time and date to pick up their item(s). Failure to pay for item or shipping and handling will result in forfeiture of item. No refunds will be issued.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND TOOLS TO MOVE AND LOAD ANY LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS. BRING HELP!! If after winning an item You determine you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled removal times and dates, You must contact Work Team Estate Sales within 24 hours prior to the pick-up date and we will determine if alternate arrangements may be made. Alternate arrangements will be at the SOLE DISCRETION of Work Team Estate Sales and will be subject to transport and/or storage fees. Such fees are payable upon retrieval of your items or billed monthly, at the sole discretion of Work Team Estate Sales. User/Buyer agree that Work Team Estate Sales may charge a higher handling fee for certain items which are difficult to transport, at the sole discretion of Work Team Estate Sales.
Work Team Estate Sales will provide shipping on certain items for auctions. Shipping costs will be invoiced and paid by the User/Buyer. We will run the card for the invoice, then run it again for the cost of shipping/handling. All items valued over $100 will be shipped with insurance and any items over $200 may require signature on delivery. Lots will be combined when possible. FAILURE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING OR THE ITEM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED A FORFEITURE OF THE ITEM WITH NO REFUNDS ISSUED. If you have questions about shipping, please call or text before bidding! Items are normally shipped within 10 days of the close day of the auction. Shipping services utilized are UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All lots that we ship will have a $5-$15 minimum handling charge. Each lot states if shipping is available in the lot description. We have shipped thousands of unique and fragile items and have experience in shipping. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We WILL NOT ship any lots to destinations outside of the United States.
"ABANDONMENT" OR FORFEITURE OF ITEMS IN THE EVENT (FOR ANY REASON) YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP OR PAY FOR THE LOT(S) WON IN AUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SITE'S TERMS & CONDITIONS THE RESPECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED/FORFEITED BY YOU.
YOU AGREE THAT THE TITLE(S) WILL REVERT TO WORK TEAM ESTATE SALES WITHOUT ANY REFUND NOR RECOMPENSE TO YOU FOR ANY FORFEITED ITEM(S).
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT FAILURE TO RECEIVE ANY LOT(S) IN THE EVENT OF ABANDONMENT / FORFEITURE DOES NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR OBLIGATION TO PAY ANY AND ALL FEES OR EXPENSES, AND YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY WORK TEAM ESTATE SALES ALL ASSOCIATED TAXES, SHIPPING / TRANSPORTATION COSTS, INSURANCE, STORAGE AND HANDLING FEES, MOVING OR DISPOSAL CHARGES, AND COLLECTIONS AND LEGAL FEES INCURRED PRIOR TO AND AS A RESULT OF SUCH ABANDONMENT / FORFEITURE.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT FAILURE TO RECEIVE ANY LOT(S) IN THE EVENT OF ABANDONMENT/FORFEITURE DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO SEEK RELIEF BY FILING A DISPUTE WITH THE ISSUING BANK OF THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR YOUR TRANSACTION.
YOU AGREE THAT WORK TEAM ESTATE SALES MAY AT ITS ABSOLUTE AND SOLE DISCRETION, RESELL, DISPOSE, OR DONATE TO A CHARITY OF ITS CHOOSING THE ABANDONED / FORFEITED ITEM(S).
YOU AGREE THAT WORK TEAM ESTATE SALES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR ANY MOVING OR DISPOSAL CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ABANDONED / FORFEITED ITEM(S).
Work Team Estate Sales reserves the right to report User's account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and any moving or disposal charges. Your user membership, including bidding privileges, with Work Team Estate Sales will be revoked unless past due invoices and any additional charges/fees are paid in full and all auction winnings are picked-up within the designated pick-up dates and times. BY BIDDING ON THE SITE, YOU FULLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
PROHIBITED USE You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from content or materials on the Site. Use of the content and materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms of Use is prohibited. You may not copy, frameset, enclose or otherwise distribute any part of the Site.
All sales are final, no credits or returns and are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of the description and or condition. Work Team Estate Sales will do its best to list any serious condition issues, however the absence of listed condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Remember you are purchasing Vintage or Used items, Antique, Secondary Market Pre-Owned items and to expect signs of wear. Do not bid if you have any doubts about items. No refunds for any reason. Work Team Estate Sales including it's consultants and agents, shall have no responsibility for any error(s) or omission(s).

DASHBOARD Your dashboard is the place that organizes and presents your account information. In one, easy-to-access location. You can access all your account information directly from the dashboard.
ACCESS: On AuctionNinja’s main page, upper right-hand corner see “MY ACCOUNT”
Then log in.
Then you’ll see the word “DASHBOARD”. (Click on it).
CHANGE / UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE
1) Log into your dashboard
2) Click on ACCOUNT
3) Choose MANAGE PAYMENT OPTIONS
4) + ADD CREDIT / DEBIT CARD button;
5) Enter your details as prompted and then click ADD.
If you received notification that you were a winning bidder but your credit card was declined, simply update your credit card on file. You will then notice that your auction winnings will appear in your shopping cart. Simply check-out and you’re all set.
OPENING BID An opening bid is the price at which bidding begins.
EXTENDED BIDDING The AuctionNinja platform features extended bidding (a.k.a. “soft closing”). The AuctionNinja system will automatically extend the closing time of a lot (auction item) whenever a bid is placed within the last five minutes of its scheduled closing. This may occur multiple times on any given lot depending on the bidder’s interest in that lot. Once all interest and bidding in a lot ceases the clock will run out and the lot will close. This is the fairest way to prevent “bid sniping” (someone submitting a high bid in the last seconds of any given lot’s closing in order to win said lot) and to give all bidders an opportunity to increase their bids if they wish. There is no need to wait till the last second to bid, it will just restart the clock a few minutes!
IMMEDIATELY OUTBID All maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, you do not know what other bidders maximum bid may be or when they placed it. Sometimes you will be outbid as soon as you bid. This only occurs when another bidder had a higher bid than yours already in the system. The other bidder may have placed their max bid days, hours, or mere moments before you placed yours.
However, if you place a bid and there are no competing bids against your bid, the system WILL NOT immediately go to your next bid. In fact, if you are the only bidder by the time the lot closes, you will win the lot for the lowest possible dollar amount (based on whatever the opening bid was for the item), not your maximum bid. So if you place a max bid of $25 on a lot with an opening bid of $1 and there are no other bidders vying for that lot, you will win it for $1. NOTE: This only happens when there are no competing bids.
NO PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS. All pickup information can be accessed by logging into your dashboard. If you are unsure if you won, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to log into your dashboard after the auction is finished to see if you won! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND TOOLS TO MOVE AND LOAD ANY LARGE AND HEAVY ITEMS. BRING HELP!!
NOT GETTING EMAILS If you are not receiving emails with your pickup info, Please make sure you also check your email’s spam folder, and mark pearman1969@gmail.com, as a trusted or “safe” sender and that you have submitted the correct email address on your account. The other option is to log into your Dashboard after the end of an Auction to see if you won or not.
BUYERS PREMIUM A buyer’s premium is a percentage-based fee added to the winning hammer price. This helps cover the auctioneer’s expenses and administrative costs and off-sets credit card fees..
Please be sure to read the terms for each individual sale. If you have questions about a buyer’s premium, please contact the auction house / estate seller directly. AuctionNinja does not control what individual sellers charge for their buyer’s premiums.
RESERVE PRICE A reserve price sets a minimum required bid for the item to be sold. In many traditional auctions, reserves are undisclosed (the bidders have no idea what the reserve price may be – a blind reserve). There are times that we clearly state a starting bid price in order to open the bidding on that particular lot. The process is very transparent.
MINIMUM INCREMENT OUT BID Occasionally our bidders are outbid by an amount lower than the minimum bid increment (see bid increments in our Terms & Conditions). All bidders may place their max bid at any time. As a result, you may be outbid by what seems to be an incorrect increment. The AuctionNinja system will not default to strict increments like a traditional auction if an “odd” maximum bid was left prior to meeting the bid price which would engage the next bid increment.
For example, let’s say you place your maximum bid of $100 on a painting but another buyer wins the lot for $101. As stated in the bidding increments, you know the next bid should have been $105, not $101. The system will accept the $101 bid because that max bid of $101 was placed before the auction got to that next increment level.
TIE BID In the case of a tie bid, the hammer will always fall to the first bidder. For example, the current bid is $50 (placed by someone else). What you don’t know is that their max bid (which is hidden from other bidders) is $200. You place a maximum bid of $200 and are immediately outbid in favor of the other bidder. Even though two people have the same max bid, only one person can win the lot. That is automatically determined by bidding order – the person who placed that maximum bid first.
