Vintage Signed Italian Fiance Wall Sconce Featuring A Woman On A Stroll

Here we have a very interesting fiancé pottery wall lavabow from Italy.
The sconce features a woman on a stroll holding a fan .the sconce is hand painted in primarily blue over white, and the woman’s dress is in a pumpkin tone with a brown wrap and a few yellow highlights.
The scalloped ‘bowl’ of the sconce could hold a small living plant, bird seed, or water.
The sconce is signed ‘Fombella’, and the back has wiring in place for hanging. Please note, there is a chip off the bottom of the sconce, below the bowl.
