Two Nantucket Lightship Baskets With Bentwood Handles And Wood Base

Here we have not won, but two Nantucket baskets for your consideration!

* the first basket is the slightly darker of the two this has a hardwood base to it and sits a very nicely. It has a tight weave with one small mark that has a broken weave. This is towards the top of the basket and does not necessarily affect the total look. the basket has a bent wood handle is securely fastened on either side. There is no signature or marking on this particular basket.

* the second basket is the lighter in tone of the two. This basket also has a hard wooden platform bottom and has been woven with lighter toned wood strips. This basket also has a bent wood handle and has two wooden buttons securely holding the handle.

Each basket is approximately 8.25” in diameter, with a base of each basket measuring approximately 4.00” and the height of the basket is approximately 6.00”.

It will be a very nice addition to your home and came from a smoke-free pet free estate.
