Original Vintage Signed Japanese Block Print Sail Boats By Moonlight

Here is a beautiful Japanese block print that has been created in traditional manner.
The blockprint has been imprinted on what would give the appearance of the matting and is signed., However, the signature is not quite legible.
The lithograph itself is beautifully done with two Asian boats, one is at the forefront with a sale at half mast. The other is by the horizon, both bathed under moonlight.
This painting is done in primarily different tones of a soft evening, blue, browns and cream.
Circa 1900
Measurements include approximately 11.50” x 15.50“.
This beauty can be either placed back in its original frame or reframed, depending on your choice. Please note the frame is disengaged along with the glass and backing.
The print itself is in perfect shape.
