Melbourne Brindle Watercolor On Paper "Cactus" 1931

Selling an original Melbourne Brindle watercolor on paper titled "Cactus". The watercolor is signed on the bottom of the frame. The frame looks to be original as well and shows some damage. Partial signature on deteriorating matting.
Artwork measures 9.25" H, 10" W
Frame measures 14" H, 15" W

Notes: Frame is damaged and should be replaced, painting is in good condition, however the signature on the matting above the painting is in poor condition.
