Lovely Quarter Sawn/dove Tailed/tiger Oak Collectors Box With Brass Edges And Handles

Wow! This is a very substantial, very lovely collector’s box with corner brass fittings, and brass handles. This box is large with a a deep storage area. On each corner there are dove railing, and the corners and outer box are smooth to the touch. There is also a brass center plate on the top which could be engraved. Looking into to the box it has a deep red faux suede lining, with 6 compartments. The lid closes snugly, and has a vintage keyhole (note: no key accompanies this box).

Notes: This box is in excellent vintage condition with minimal wear. One of the suedeside coverings loose.
