Antique Shoeing Chocolate Signed In Pencil By Artist Matted And Framed Under Glass

Here we have an impressionistic style lithograph titled shoeing chocolate on the left corner of this says NO 3–25 the title and then the artist signature in pencil, as well as the artist signature on the lithograph. Note it is difficult to discern the name of the artist , however it appears to be K. Burgess as the artist .
This has been created in toning of black against antique cream.
This has been matted many years ago and has a thin wooden frame in black, which was executed by the Jordan Marsh company.
Note: this is a very interesting piece of art however it would be even more lovely with new matting and possible frame.
The measurements of this art piece including frame is 14.75” x 20.50”.
