Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Carved Ivory Card Case Signed By Artist

Here we have a very substantial antique masterfully carved ivory card case with a single cloud dragon on one side and two cloud dragons on the other. This is a signed piece Qing Dynasty Beijing China
The binding holding the ivy card case is quite delicately held with a fabric interior, also with a note from one of the former owners of who one owned the case.
China circa 1830
The dimensions of this case are approximately 4.00” in height and 3.00” in length when opened it will 6.00”.
