Very poor communication and shipping procedures as well as not taking any responsibility for their screw up. I paid for Joe Glowcowski @ The Source Antiques to ship the print I purchased and have an email from him stating it was packaged in house - the packaging was very poorly done, no box just a single layer of bubble wrap with 2 and someplaces 3 layers of cardboard as a result the glass shattered and damaged the print (I have photos of this). I have sent numerous emails (which I have copies of as well) trying to resolve this issue with only some of my emails being answered and Mr. Glowcowski trying to shift blame on the shippers rather taking responsibility for their substandard packing. After 9 months it is still not resolved hence this review highlighting their lack of responsiveness and I am left w/ broken glass and a damaged print very poor customer service. My email is robinleal@earthlink.net if you would like to see documentation of the packaging and the communication/ lack of responsiveness and ever resolving this issue.

You were told three times to contact the Post Office and start a claim. The package was professionally prepared to arrive safely. Occasionally there is damage due to mishandling. You only paid a few dollars for the item. In all the emails you never once asked for and did not pay a little extra for insurance. I’m sorry the damage was caused by the shipper not the packing company.
