We will not respond to emails or calls requesting non shippable items to be ship. We will not separate items from their original lot. Items must be picked up on the required dates and times or the items will be forfeited. We do not give condition reports on rugs you must preview them in person. All shippable items won will go through UPS where they will be packed and shipped. We will bring your item to UPS. The buyer must pay all shipping, UPS will call you! Thank you and good luck!
