Dated 1814, This war proclamation given to Benjamin Mooers. It is responding to the British Invasion on the capital and their destruction of public buildings. It condemn the British for their actions. And asked the people to respond.

This document contains a hand written letter on the back that talks about military action defense but the signature was un legible.
