Shipping is available in house for this auction and must be paid to the Auction Manager directly as a secondary transaction after the auction closes and once you receive the quote from the Auction Manager
You must choose alternate, pick up or shipping option when registering for the auction however, there is no alternate pick up day. There is only one single listed pick up window, but that will indicate if you need shipping. Shipping payments must be made through Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo only in that information will be included with your quote. As an independent Auction Manager, I do not have visibility or access to your account information nor do I have access to your credit card on file and I cannot accept credit cards over the phone so the three options are the only payment options available.

Communications or requests must be in writing via text message to the Auction Manager at 475-351-6749 or the Auction ninja messaging system. I spend 90% of my time in a building/area that does not have service and voicemails are received incomplete and it is not a viable option for communication. Moreover, if taking photos or using my phone for auction purposes, it paralyzes productivity thus all communication must be in writing. Additionally creates a happy little paper trail.

Items cannot be held or stored if you cannot make the pick up window then you should be prepared to ship the item or send someone you know in your place on the pick up day during the pick up window.
Texting ahead of your arrival time will expedite your pick up and please DO NOT attempt to enter the home of an auction pick up unless you are invited by the homeowner or a staff member. It is a private residence, and if it is raining or if it is cold or inclement weather, then text from your car and we will respond when your item is ready to be handed off at the door so that you’re not waiting there on the porch. We will have all orders bundled up for grab and go pick up ease.
