Sold by Wilhelm & Graef | They where luxury china and glass retailers/distributors off of Broadway in NYC.
The company is attributed from ordering blanks from Limoges France and then decorated in the USA for sale in their NYC luxury goods store. There was a write up about the founders in the NY Times in 1886.
