pick up was ridiculous - there were huge lines while they only helped one customer who had a ton of stuff. poorly organized.
The Pickers Alley
I'm very sorry this pickup didn't start off as smoothly as we had hoped. Due to a shared and tricky driveway we could only allow two cars down at a time to avoid a traffic jam. We also had a handful of buyers show up early which always throws things off. We did the best we could under the circumstances but I do apologize it was a long wait to get to your items. We'll try and do better next time

The Pickers Alley
Mrs. Evans. You called me the morning of pickup and I directed you to the links in our auction info and explained that a courier or the UPS Store. I even went as far as to explain that you needed to call the Store vs UPS bc they are very different. We hung up and I was expecting to see someone pickup on your behalf. At one point a UPS driver came to our pick up but had no name who he was picking up for, had no information on what he was picking up and didn’t even know the destination where it was going, any of which we would’ve needed to identify that this pickup (as there are lots of them at an auction pickup) was for you. Beyond that I asked him if he was able to take a loose item that wasn’t prepped for shipping and he said he was not, which I knew already and was why I had made sure to specify the UPS Store and now UPS when we spoke. I received a message from you through this site days later accusing me of stealing your item. When I explained to you the error that was made, I also even went on to explain that you could still have the item picked up next week. You decided instead to double down on your verbal abuse with me telling me that it was my lack of communication that was at fault and that you’d spent the entire day on the phone with the UPS Store and I could’ve done more to help. I have to be honest, I don’t know what else we could do to help you beyond giving you 4 options for people that could pickup for you. You again responded that you’d even BEEN IN CT the prior day and could’ve picked it up…why didn’t you call me? We would’ve 100% said you could come. You told me that I was “exhausting” and blamed me for all of this…that is what I replied “haha” to. I once again offered that you could have someone pickup next week and you said no. I’m sorry you feel that way but I completely disagree and I feel as though the other 73 people that came and got their items or has someone picking them are proof that you simply wanted someone to do it all for you. That’s why you decided to be so rude with me, that’s why you refused to contact any of the suggested references (UPS Store owner says they never spoke to you) and that’s why you decided to rip me here and talk about me personally which is completely uncalled for.
