Hello, the entire process was perfect. I bid on several items - from two different auctions. I had a lot of items to pick up! Patti had all of my items wrapped (AMAZING because I had a lot of glassware!) and placed together with my name on the bags and boxes. I did not expect this. There was no confusion with other people's items so I was able to take my items and quickly leave. Patti even helped me bring my items to my car because she had the time and wanted to help me. Patti also accommodated my schedule because I had to arrive a little early. She was super friendly, organized, professional and directed the entire process flawlessly. I also reached out with questions prior to the auctions and Patti responded immediately. I'm new to the auction process and Patti ran an A-class operation both professionally and personally.
