I picked up my item on Saturday, February 8, 2025. I immediately sent an email regarding the issue I have with the item. As of February 12, 2025, I have not received a response.

I would like to address a misrepresentation regarding the item I received. I expected to receive a kimono in a floral pattern, but what arrived does not match the cut or style of the one shown in the listing. I am requesting a full refund. While I understand that the color and flowers were tulips with a black background, the differences in the product are significant and constitute a gross misrepresentation.

The length of the robe is noticeably shorter than expected, and the sleeves and belt are not even remotely similar to those shown in the auction picture. The listing depicted a full-length kimono with sweeping sleeves, and I anticipated receiving a similar style in the black tulip print.
