Auction pick up is at a gated storage facility. It is my personal storage locker where i keep the auction items while cataloging. It is not a storage liquidation auction and not affiliated with the property. When you arrive, park in the public lot and check in with the staff. Smalls will be gently wrapped and ready for grab and go. If you have furniture or a large quantity, you will be escorted through the gate to load. Do not block the gate with your vehicle when picking up, there are 1500 storage tenants in the building. Even if you're picking up only 1 small item, it is not a drive through, you must park, check in and sign your invoice. Remember it is ultimately your responsibility to check your order when received. Once invoice is signed and you leave the property we are not responsible for the item(s).
Appointments can be scheduled for furniture and large orders based on availability for Friday 2/7 and Sat 2/8
All requests must be in writing via text (475-351-6749) or through the ninja messaging system. I would suggest early scheduling to ensure the slot you need is avail, even before the auction. If you are not high bidder and/or have no invoice you will simply be crossed off apt. list..
Remember to check the measurements of your vehicle. Check the size of entire opening or odd slopes, check between the wheel wells and the height if seats do not fold flat. The storage unit will be relinquished after the pick up window and items cannot be held past Sunday.
