How It Works:
After the auction ends, we roll up our sleeves and get busy packing your treasures. This may take us 1-2 days, so patience is a virtue! Once everything is snug and secure, ...view moreTJDG will contact you with your shipping total for review.

Payment Process:
When you’ve given the thumbs-up, we’ll charge all packing and shipping fees to the credit card on file. You’ll then receive a shipping receipt and tracking information via text or email.

1. Sometimes, shipping might cost more than your winning bid. Shocking, we know, but it’s worth it!
2. We’re eco-friendly warriors, reusing and recycling packing materials whenever possible. It’s our way of keeping costs down for you, and saving the planet, one package at a time.
3. For Our Bay Area Customers: If you see something you like in our SoCal sale, we can bring it back to Palo Alto for pickup. Please email us if you’re interested in this option.
