15% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Please Note: The packaging and Shipping of your item(s) will start after our last pickup day, once your package has been weighed and measured we will send you the total for your shipping fees, after you have reviewed your shipping total, it will be charged to the credit card on file with the Auction Ninja platform. A shipping receipt along with the tracking number will be emailed or sent by text. Please be aware, in some cases, your shipping may cost more than the bid you placed on your item(s).

And please note, it is unacceptable to NOT pay shipping charges for items that you have won, if shipping is not paid for, your items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given, and items may be resold or donated.
