They give an option to pay for shipping so I opted for that. Once I received my package, one item was missing(Vintage Amber/Gold Rhinestone Collar Necklace (#10785)). I emailed right away and had to do it a few times because I wasnt getting any replies.
Ultimately, I had to call and asked for the auction manager Miranda. She basically told me tough luck, we cant find your item so we'll just give you your money back in a week or so. Hung up on me after that without saying as much as a goodbye.
This was my first bad experience with auctionninja and this seller, I dont think I'd be back bidding any time soon. Nor would I recommend them to other bidders.

Just like on the phone call I had, the one star review is 100% justified because of all the passive aggressive tone being given. You say you "completely understand my frustration" and yet, fail to really reflect that. It looks like the only professional thing you guys can show is your sent email formats. So in that sense, here's my reply below.

✔️ The item count matched the invoice-you confirmed this yourself.
Item count, yes. Item accuracy, nope.
✔️ You told us the necklace you received wasn't the one you bid on. While we couldn't locate the specific necklace in question, we took you at your word and offered a full reimbursement.
By all means, dont take my word for it. I can prove it by taking pictures of the wrong item if you'd like.
✔️ We provided free shipping on your entire order-which, by the way, was worth more than the necklace itself.
I never asked for free shipping so maybe dont use that against me. I wouldved paid for shipping if that meant getting my items accurately.
✔️ We told you to keep the necklace you received at no charge.
Why would you charge me for your mistake? Another weird logic.
✔️ We even told you that if the missing necklace turns up, it's yours-free of charge.
Oh, awesome, I wonder what the chances of this happening is.

I guess that was convenient your phone battery died in the middle of you giving me a passive aggressive excuse why my item was missing but sure, I'll take your word for that. My review and the amount of stars given again, is very justified. Even more so now with this email.
