Pickup is at a private residence. Restrooms are not available for public use. No children under the age of 12. Animals are not allowed on site, as moving furniture and heavy items can be dangerous.
We are unable to provide packing material or labor to help you safely remove your purchases. Please come prepared.
Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of your winning items within the specified time of this auction.
All buyers with invoices over $300 must be prepared to show a photo ID before items are released.
All items are final, no credits or returns. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding.
