- All items sold by The Hunt are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS." We have taken great care to accurately photograph and describe each item for sale. If you have any doubts or questions about an item, please reach out to us BEFORE placing a bid. All bids placed are legally binding and cannot be revoked.

- A 15% Buyer's Premium and a 6.35% Sales Tax will be applied to all orders. If you are tax-exempt or have a resale certificate, please submit that information through our online platform.

- Most auctions start at just $1.00!

- Pick-up for items won in our auctions will be scheduled for specified days as described in each auction. Please check the specific auction's details for the exact pick-updates and times. Winners will receive the precise address and instructions for pick-up. Items not picked up or with alternative arrangements made will be forfeited.

- Buyers are responsible for removing all winning lots from the pickup location. Please ensure you have the necessary moving help and transportation in place before bidding on large items. Please bring necessary packing material, boxes, bags, etc. for anything else you will be carrying out.

- Shipping is available for all items offered by The Hunt on our online platform. Shipping services are provided through our third-party provider, and the buyer is responsible for paying for materials, packing, and shipping directly to the shipping company. Shipping quotes can be requested during the auction by contacting our provider directly (provided to you upon request) and referencing The Hunt, the auction title, and lot number(s).After the auction concludes, please text the provided number to inform us that your purchases will require shipping.
