Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information.

The auction begins to close at 8:00 PM. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.


Please note: Please TEXT 631.767.6161 to arrange Pick up Date and Time. Your items will be placed outside, assuring social distancing. Keeping this in mind, we have limited staff available to move and carry items for you. Large Gym Equipment will be disassembled by Buyer, NOT by The Heritage Gallery. Please bring bags, packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly.

Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.

An email will be sent out to winning bidders with address information for Pick Up.
All items are sold as is, where is. No refunds. Please check your merchandise carefully upon pick up.
NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the items in the specified time period for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up time or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your bidding privileges will be cancelled.

Smaller items can be shipped. Shipping invoices will not go out until AFTER the pick up date. If you want your item shipped, please email with the invoice number and the zip code the items are going to. If the shipping invoices are not paid within 7 days of being sent, items will be considered abandoned and you will forfeit your item. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER! Invoices for shipping will be sent to the same email address associated with auction ninja. We will not hold items. Please email with any concerns.
