Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information. If you need any other photos or information, please ask BEFORE bidding!

The auction begins to close at 7:00 PM. Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid.

We have limited staff available to move and carry items for you. Large Gym Equipment will be disassembled by Buyer, NOT by Heritage Gallery Auctions. Please bring bags, packing paper, blankets, hand trucks or dolly. Please plan accordingly during pickup.

Payment by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.

An email will be sent out to winning bidders with address information for Pick Up.

Arrangements need to be made before pick up day. Items will be held for 7 days at our warehouse, any longer will incur a storage fee unless alternate arrangements have been made.

All items are sold as is, where is. No refunds.

Please check your merchandise carefully upon pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING PICK UP HOURS OR HAVE MADE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUNDS.

Please do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the items in the specified time period for each auction. Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick up time or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your bidding privileges will be cancelled.
All measurements and weights are approximate - we do not sell precious metals by the gram, but by the decorative value.
