Had some issues receiving my item, but I suppose as if I'm on the west coast, and the auction is on the east coast, there's bound to be a few hiccups along the way. I am sure the folks who work very hard with the estate auctions or downsizing, or any of the sales they work, are definitely very busy following the close of an auction, and it's probably very stressful to deal with pickups, and then having to deal with shipping.
My apologies for the negative comments before, but I wasn't receiving any sort of response and didn't know what else to do.
I did receive my item and am happy about it and would still purchase with The Heritage Gallery. Maybe just a little more attention to the message board would be an area to improve, but overall a good experience. Thank you Heritage Gallery
I have purchased from The Heritage Gallery a few times now and every interaction has been perfect. The items are all excellent quality, and the descriptions are very accurate. More importantly, the team at The Heritage Gallery are awesome and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them and I'm sure you won't be let down.
What a pleasant experience. The items are lovely and as described. The personnel at pick up we're friendly, helpful, and informative. Definitely recommend. Take a look around the shop when you get there too.
Emailed for shipping, shipping was offered, but haven't received communication or confirmation. This seems to be an ongoing issue though this site. Lack of focus and follow through on the shipping part. It is made so confusing.
Never received. Tried to have them shipped to me. Shipping company and auction company were not in touch. Tried getting in touch with auction company, they never responded to me.
