I do not know why however they are shutting down their website and I did call to inquire about getting the replacement part personally, and determined it would just be easier to auction it as is since I would have to wait to take photos and list it. It was NOT a customer service issue as they were very easy to reach. If you decide to not call prior to that date and order this part you can purchase another adapter elsewhere but the adapter has a large end. It may be easier to use their specific adapter. The phone number to the company is on the back of the sign. This should leave a good several weeks for you to call and order the part before they stop shipping parts and worse case scenario, I am sure that you can buy any compatible 18 volt adapter off ebay. THIS IS A VERY GREAT QUALITY HIGH QUALITY COMMERCIAL BAR SIGN.
