If you do not show up to pick up your item by 4PM, your items will be automatically shipped to the address on file at the expense of the buyer. The cost of the shipping label, materials, as well as a small handling fee will be added to the winning bid amount. If you would like a shipping estimate for the item you are bidding on prior to placing a bid, you can message the auction manager with your address and request an estimate. After your item has shipped, an invoice with the tracking number will be sent to the email on file. If your card can not be charged, you are agreeing to forfeit your winning item, without a refund. It is not the responsibility of the auction house to store your items. Please notify us right away if you need to make other arrangements.
