5150 Auctions

Any sports cards, photos, art work, or collectibles that do not have either a COA, grading, or other accompanying documentation; upon winning the bid, you will be given 30 days to inspect, verify, or certify the items authenticity. If you can bring documentation if there were to be any issues with the items authenticity, we will fully refund those items. We are offering the guarantee of authenticity of these items, under these terms. Past the 30 days, there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds. And documentation is required for the refund to be honored. ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

PICK UP:

 Items must be picked up between 10am and 5pm the day after close of the auction. All items must be paid in full prior to pick up. You will receive a pick up address in your confirmation email. Pick up City is in Greeley Colorado. Seller not responsible for items not picked up within the time given for pick up. You can call and we can do our best to accommodate but it is the sellers responsibility to arrange for the pick up of your auction items. IF you do NOT show up within the time frame given on your win email, your items will automatically be shipped, and you will see an adjustment to your original charges, to include the cost of shipping, handling, and materials to pack and ship your items to you.

*If for any reason your card does not authorize the shipping charges for your item, and you do not show up within the time frame given for pick up, buyer agrees to forfeit their purchase without refund. Accommodations can be made occasionally, however we need you to do your best to arrive within the pick up window. It is very important that you read and understand the terms and conditions prior to purchase. 

SHIPPING

*Shipping is available at the cost of the buyer. Items will be carefully packaged and shipped via either USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of the items which ever is the less expensive option of the two. Items will be carefully packaged, bubble wrapped if fragile and sent insured. Despite our best efforts, rarely an item will arrived damaged. If there is ever an instance where an item arrives damaged, you will need to send photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging for our insurance claim purposes. We will refund your money, and this can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days depending on the length of time to file the inurance claim and recover the money for the loss of the damages. We do our best to do this in a timely manner so that our customers are not out their money. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the auction manager right away.
