antiques, vintage and used items.
Bidding signifies that you have viewed all photos and descriptions, which are based on opinion

• All items are sold as-is, where-is. • All weights and measurements are approximate. • No warranty
on items. No guarantees of age, condition, materials, and features.
Auction Pickup
• Address and pick-up details is provided to the winners after auction closes• Please bring your
own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies. If you are unable
to remove items won and need assistance there will be a $35 charge on the credit card that is filed
with Auction Ninja per staff used. If you win a large item (ex. Hutch) and are a no show or you forfeit
the item there will be a charge of $100 to have it removed by a third party.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED, UNLESS OTHER
ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE BEFOREHAND.

Shipping is available through the UPS Store In Fort Collins. Contact Susan, set up arrangements and we will take your items to the store and she will pack and ship. email: tupssauction@gmail.com
Shipping arrangements will need to be taken care of the day of the pickup or your items could be forfeited. We will not hold onto items that have not made prior arrangements with The UPS Store.
