Buyer is responsible for removal, handling ...view moreand packaging of all items. Buyer must bring appropriate help for heavy and large items. Buyer must bring proper packaging to secure safe travel of items won at auction (packing paper, boxes, tape, etc).
If needed, we recommend calling G&G Home Solutions for assistance with moving large items, 203-744-9966.
All items must be picked up at scheduled pickup times. If items are not picked up at designated pickup times, then they will be considered forfeited without refund. PLEASE SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY.

Proof of Purchase and Identification
In order to avoid fraudulent transactions and identity theft, the Buyer must bring a copy of the invoice and state issued identification. Identification must match the name on the winning invoice. ITEMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO THIRD PARTIES OR ANYONE “SENT BY THE BUYER BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT.” If there are any questions or concerns, please call us before bidding.

IF You Don’t Pick Up Your Item/Or Don’t Pay For Shipping

If you choose to have your items shipped, please ensure that you have an agreement in place with Business and Shipping Center of Southbury and let us know as soon as possible that your items will be shipped so we can transport them to the shipping center.
