You will receive a complete address in a winning email notification with pickup address after the auction closes.

Buyer is responsible for removal, handling and packaging of all items. Buyer must bring appropriate help for heavy and large items. Buyer must bring proper packaging to secure safe travel of items won at auction (packing paper, boxes, tape, etc).

All items must be picked up at scheduled pickup times. If items are not picked up at designated pickup times, then they will be considered forfeited without refund. PLEASE SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY.

Proof of Purchase and Identification
In order to avoid fraudulent transactions and identity theft, the Buyer must bring a copy of the invoice and state issued identification. Identification must match the name on the winning invoice. ITEMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO THIRD PARTIES OR ANYONE “SENT BY THE BUYER BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT.” If there are any questions or concerns, please call us before bidding.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final and all items are SOLD AS IS. We have made our best efforts to properly describe items and take accurate photos. Please ask questions if you are unsure of any description or would like clarification. Descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the item(s) are in perfect or new condition. All items are preowned and in varying conditions. Please expect signs of wear consistent with a preowned item. By bidding on any items in the auction, the buyer understands that there is a degree of risk with not seeing and inspecting items in person. There will be no returns, exchanges or holds. IF You Don’t Pick Up Your Item/Or Don’t Pay For Shipping
You will agree to forfeit your purchase without refund if you cannot make the pickup time. We can't store or hold your items. If you have any questions, please make sure you reach out to us. If you choose to have your items shipped, please ensure that you have an agreement in place with Business and Shipping Center of Southbury and let us know as soon as possible that your items will be shipped so we can transport them to the shipping center.
