IF You Don’t Pick Up Your Item/Or Don’t Pay For Shipping
You will agree to forfeit your purchase without refund if you cannot make the pickup time. We can't store or hold your items. If you have any questions, please make sure you reach out to us. If you choose to have your items shipped, please ensure that you have an agreement in place with Business and Shipping Center of Southbury and let us know as soon as possible that your items will be shipped so we can transport them to the shipping center.

Your items will not be stored and your items will not be provided to you at alternative locations or dates. There will be no refunds.
