The condition of my items were accurately depicted on the auction website and then when I arrived during the pick up window, they were already packaged for me to easily put into my vehicle. Even though they were packaged, I was asked if I wanted to look at the items before leaving so it was nice they acknowledge that customers may want to do that. Pick up was fast and efficient and auction reps were friendly!

Beautiful items, quick response time when the overwhelming response to the auction caused some site problems, items are pre-packed both times I have dealt with them which is a great added touch, friendly staff who rectified a small issue that arose quickly and efficiently. Great organization, if only the drive was not so long lol.
