All items are as sold as is with no refunds or returns. Please ask any questions you may have (after reading terms and looking at pictures) before bidding and we will provide whatever info we can. You call us at 833-735-5463 (Call only number, no texts)
Before bidding look at ALL the pictures of each item. Furniture, paintings, etc., are shown with measuring tape in pictures to show dimensions. Auctioninja used to show how many photos an item has total under the main photo, but now displays only the first 4 unless you click on them and scroll through manually. LOOK AT ALL THE PICTURES! If you click the picture and click the right side or scroll right along the small pictures below the main item photo, all the others will show up. A newer laptop or PC will show you the best picture quality when looking at items.
This auction is pickup only in West Bath, Maine on Sunday April 13th from 10am-6pm. Due to limited parking, we will offer an additional pickup window BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for LARGE ITEMS ONLY on Saturday from 1-6pm. The 1st line of item description will say "Large item available for Saturday pickup if it qualifies. ONLY orders containing the items noted this way can be picked up Saturday. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES and we cannot store or ship items. We do not drop items off, or deal with 3rd party shippers, you, or someone you send, must PICKUP at the location that will be emailed to winning bidders(and displayed on your final invoice) during the published times. The pickup address will be sent to winning bidders in an email. Check your spam folder if you have not bid with Auctionninja before. Parking at the home is limited (waterfront) so you need to make an appointment to pickup. There will be a link in your email to do this.
Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctioninja is valid and can be charged for your order.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup for you provided they have a copy of your invoice and the last 4 digits of the card used in the transaction, and you let us know ahead of time via email. Bring a printed or electronic copy of your invoice to the pickup. Please have your ID as well for verification if needed.
All items are sold as is, as shown, and all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Descriptions are the product of the cosignor's information provided, opinion of auctioneers based on experience and research, and available documentation. Please look carefully at photos, do any research you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing all pictures of the item) before bidding.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close (usually after midnight). Please be sure to have a valid card on file. Any auction, online or in person, is a contractual agreement and items won and not paid for will result in cancellation of your bidding privileges on all Auctioninja and related sites. Your account will be sent to collections and attached to your credit report as well. Please bid appropriately.
We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges can be issued.
18% buyer's premium will apply as well as Maine sales tax as applicable by law. Customers with resale certificates MUST submit them BEFORE the auction closes and your card is charged. We will not issue refunds for sales tax if you do not file your exemption certificate in time. You can do it right through your Auctionninja account or email the certificate directly to us at dennis@cashformystuff.net if you have trouble doing it yourself.
