This is an online only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids cannot be changed or cancelled.

This auction is pickup in Alton NH Sunday August 25th from 12-7pm (THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES and we do not store items)or shipping for items that qualify(at winning bidder's expense) to USA destinations. Not all items can be shipped. The item description will say in the 1st line if the item can be shipped or not. Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctioninja is valid and can be charged for your order, and shipping if requested. Orders over $500 will require signature and could require additional ID verification to prevent fraud.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup for you provided they have a copy of your invoice and the card used in the transaction and you let us know ahead of time. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order or at least a valid ID as we cannot release items without ID matching winning bidder or invoice copy.
Items CANNOT be shipped unless it is to the address listed in your auctioninja account. Please check to make sure this is correct BEFORE you bid! Items will be sent out in the days after the pickup with all items being sent by August 27th. Any items shipped are sent with insurance and tracking . Shipping charges are $5 handling fee per lot to cover boxes, time, and packing, plus the cost of postage and insurance. We will do our best to combine items and save on shipping. If you win items and your card cannot be charged for shipping your items will be considered forfeit without refund. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping provided items are retrieved during the advertised pickup time (Sun August 25th 12-7PM). We cannot drop items off at 3rd party shipping places. We ship requested items in house.
All items are sold as is, as shown, and all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges, descriptions are the opinion of auctioneer based on experience and research. Please look carefully at photos, do any research if you need to, and ask any questions you may have(after reading all terms and viewing all pictures of the item) before bidding.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. Please be sure to have a valid card on file. We want to ship all items asap. An auction is a contract and items won and not paid for will result in cancellation of your bidding privileges on all Auctioninja and related sites. Your account will be sent to collections and attached to your credit report as well. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
