This is an online only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids cannot be changed or cancelled.
All items are as described and sold as is. All gold will be shown on a ...view morescale in pennyweight (20 pennyweight in a troy ounce) and will be marked or tested to ensure purity. All stones are tested with an electronic gem tester.
Before bidding look at ALL the pictures of each item and make sure your credit card and address on file are correct.
This auction is pickup in Alton NH (May 5th from 12-7pm) or shipping(at winning bidder's expense) to USA destinations. Not all items can be shipped like the large furniture pieces. The item description will say in the 1st line if the item cant be shipped. Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctioninja is valid and can be charged for your order, and shipping if requested.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup for you provided they have a copy of your invoice. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order or at least a valid ID as we cannot release items without ID matching winning bidder or invoice copy.
Items CANNOT be shipped unless it is to the address listed in your auctioninja account. Please check to make sure this is correct BEFORE you bid! Items will be sent out in the days after the pickup with all items being sent by May 10th. Any items shipped are sent with insurance and may require signature. Shipping charges are $5 handling fee per lot to cover boxes, time, and packing, as well as the cost of postage and insurance. We will do our best to combine items and save on shipping. If you win items and don't pay for shipping your items will be considered forfeit without refund. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping provided items are retrieved during the advertised pickup time (Sun May 5th 12-7PM). We do not drop items off at 3rd party shipping places. We ship requested items in house.

We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition.
